NJSA referees are given paid assignments to NJSA recreational and travel games, and advancement to out-of-town and out-of-state venues.

Coaching Program
NJSA through our nationally licensed coaches and CJSA offers clinics, assessment, mentoring, and training for our coaches and teams. NJSA also pays for our coaches to attend certain coaching clinics to improve their knowledge and skills as coaches.
